How to create Google Forms on Android?
- On your Android phone or tablet, open a mobile web browser, like Chrome.
- Go to forms.google.com.
- A new form will automatically open.
- Short answer

- Edit your form
- Create a quiz with Google Forms.
- Choose where to save form responses .
- Go to forms.google.com.

How to create Google Forms on iphone/ipad?
Step 1: Set up a new form or quiz
- On your iPhone or iPad, open a mobile web browser, like Safari.
- Go to forms.google.com.
- A new form will automatically open.
Step 2: Edit and format a form or quiz
Important: Date and time picker is not currently supported for iPhone and iPad.

Create a form from Google Drive
When you create a Google Form, it’s directly saved in Google Drive.
To create a form directly from Google Drive:
- On a computer, go to drive.google.com.
- In the top left, click New and then Google Forms.
Create a form in Google Sheets
When you create a form in Google Sheets, the responses will be saved in a new sheet. Learn more about where you can save responses.
- On a computer, open a spreadsheet at sheets.google.com.
- Click Insert and then Form.
- A new sheet will appear in your spreadsheet, and your form will open.
- Click on theme button.
- You'll get options like
- Choose image for header.
- Change colour theme.
- Change background colour.
- Change font.
Make a new quiz & answer key
- In Google Forms, click Plus Plus.
- At the top right, click Settings Settings.
- Click Quizzes and then Make this a quiz.
- Optional: To collect email addresses, click General and then Collect email addresses.
- Click Save.
- To add a question, click Add question Add question.
- Fill out your question and answers.
- In the bottom left of the question, click Answer key.
- Choose the answer or answers that are correct.
- In the top right of the question, choose how many points the question is worth.
- To add a written or YouTube video explanation to an answer, click Add answer feedback.
- You can edit questions or answers when you click on them.
- Open a form in Google Forms.
- At the top of the form, click Responses.
- Click Summary.
